- We have a bus, it will be at the school at 5:15.
- Our rehearsal time is 6 pm., All students attending the ceremony are welcomed on the bus. Those performing must be on the bus, 
- Performers need to be at the school no later than 4:30 to get into costume. Show girls need to have their hair curled and styled. We can help you with this at the high school. Also makeup is optional.
- We will have a short break after our rehearsal, not long enough to go out and eat, so please eat before coming in to school at 4:30.
- The awards start at 7:30, we will be seated at 7:00.
- Mrs. Peppard will have all tickets and will hand them out at the Theater. If you have family coming please let them know they will also get their tickets from Mrs. Peppard in front of the theatre.

-The bus will bring us back to the school when the awards are over and all performers will need to change and turn in their costumes before going home.

June 7th

All cast crew, orchestra members are invited, parents may attend as wll, but available tickets are not guaranteed.

Tickets are $20 each (cash or check made out to PVHS). TICKET MONEY IS DUE BY MONDAY MAY 24TH. We will collect money for tickets and issue one check to pay for them all. You may purchase tickets on you own after 5/24 (visit www.hstheaterawards.com) however, those seats may not be with the group.

As of now, plan on providing your own transportation. We are looking into getting a bus and will let you know if that happens. If we get a bus, the first people to pay for their tickets will have a spot reserved on the bus until the full capacity is reached.
